Anfal is the investment arm of Ali Zaid AlQuraishi & Brothers (AZAQ), a distinguished Saudi family holding company with a rich legacy of business excellence. Guided by the mantra "Investing for the Long-Term," Anfal is committed to fostering sustainable growth and creating enduring value across its diversified portfolio.

At Anfal, we aim to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns for our shareholders, through a globally diversified portfolio across private equity, real estate, private credit and public equities.

We have a strong network of companies involved in various sectors of the economy across the region. Our cumulative experience spanning over decades have enabled us to have first-hand knowledge and experience in a range of sectors. Yousef Al Quraishi

Group Chairman

Yousef Al Quraishi, Group CEO and Managing Director, came from a strong finance background and graduated from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals with a Bachelors Degree in Finance. He led different organizations within AZAQ’s Group.

Ahmed Al Quraishi

Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors

Ahmed Al Quraishi, Ali Zaid Al Quraishi Deputy Group CEO, holds a Bachelors Degree in Finance from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and attended the Corporate Finance Modular Programme at the prestigious university London Business School.

Baqir Badami

Member of the Board of Directors

Baqir Badami Group CFO and Chief Transformation Officer of AZAQ, has a track record of successful strategic and tactical leadership, including several years within a diversified conglomerate. He demonstrated his ability to instill a common vision and develop commercially-focused and impactful business partnering functions. Baqir completed his Chartered Accountancy program from Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) in 1994.

Sulaiman Al Quraishi

Member of the Board of Directors

Sulaiman, as the esteemed Chairman of the Board at Anfal, also dedicates his expertise as Vice Chairman of AZAQ Group, a role he's brilliantly executed for over three and a half decades.

Ayman Khamdan

Member of the Board of Directors

Ayman is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the USA and holds an MBA from Manchester Business School. Ayman also attended an Executive Program at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Ayman worked with investment banks Gulf Finance House and Elaf Bank, focusing on private equity and investment banking transactions. Ayman was also previously a member of PwC’s Corporate Finance and Advisory team based in Dubai, where he was involved in high-profile regional transactions.
